Relay Admin is a service of Relay Labs Limited, a private company registered in Ireland (CRO 807438), with its registered office at 35 Lower Sherrard Street, Dublin 1, D01 T6N7. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Relay Labs Limited.

What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle personal data about people who visit this website, contact us about our services, or act for a practice that becomes our client.
Patient information. When we provide services to a practice, we may handle patient information on that practice’s behalf. In that case the practice is the data controller and we act as its data processor under a signed data processing agreement (DPA). Patient information is handled only as set out in that DPA, and this notice does not cover it. Please do not send patient information through this website or in an initial enquiry.
What we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, practice name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us when you email or call us. The form on this site does not send data to us directly. It opens a draft in your own email app, and we receive it only if you send it.
- Client details: names and contact details of the people we deal with at a client practice, and billing and correspondence records.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools.
How and why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange an introductory call. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To provide our services and manage our relationship with your practice. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To invoice, keep accounts and meet our tax and legal obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers we need to run the business, such as our email, website hosting and accounting providers, and with our professional advisers or public authorities where the law requires it. Our providers act on our instructions under appropriate contracts.
Where it is stored
We aim to store personal data within the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Client, contract and billing records: for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for Irish tax purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, subject to legal limits. To use any of these rights, email info@relaylabs.ie. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), although we would welcome the chance to address your concern first.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
